We are from...Suburbia is the result of the collaboration between Marc Collin, Olivier Libaux (both at the origin of the Nouvelle Vague project) and Alexandra Pavlou (who sings "Marian" on the first Nouvelle Vague album). A beautiful electro pop record, on which Alex beautiful voice hold perfectly with Marc dancefloor arrangements. The sound of the 80's, especially New Order who has been a major influence, is very present.
