Acidulé is the first album by Marina Celeste, who sang on Nouvelle Vague two records. On songs composed and written by Marina herself, the listenner will hear the same voice which gave to the Nouvelle Vague project so much sensuality and freshness. Acidulé gives an amused point of view on the world, with a feigned naivety, a sensual feminity. Marina original melodies are emphasized by Marc Collin (Nouvelle Vague foundator and producer) electronic arrangements and the music which is a mix between modernpop and bossa nova.
